In August, Chuzhou has been abuzz thanks to an annual flagship event for the plastics sector.

On August 19, the 2026 (5th) Plastics Industry Conference & Brand Gala, initiated by Guangdong Plastics Industry Association and Jufeng Plastics Media and exclusively sponsored by JWELL Machinery, officially opened at Sheraton Chuzhou Ganghui Hotel.

As a high-profile annual IP for China’s plastics industry, this grand gathering has run for four consecutive editions. Co-hosted by the Intelligent Manufacturing Service Center of Guangdong Plastics Industry Association and Guangzhou Huaxinke Intelligent Manufacturing, this forum centers on core upgrading directions for modified processing:

✅  Carbon-fiber composite materials and high-performance foaming materials

✅  Intelligent manufacturing of modified plastics, twin-screw extrusion technologies and digital-intelligent transformation

Renowned researchers from South China University of Technology, Donghua University, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, alongside technical directors from listed enterprises, delivered presentations in turn. The free-flow exchanges during the coffee break enabled many participants to connect for potential business partnerships on-site.
