High Pressure RTP Twisted Composite Pipe Extrusion Line
Most of the plastic reinforced pipes RTP have a three-layer structure, the inner layer is a corrosion and abrasion resistant polyethylene pipe (PE100), the middle layer is a reinforced winding layer (winding materials include high strength synthetic fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, metal iron sheets and fine metal wires) and the outer layer is a protective polyethylene (PE100) layer. The pressure of Aramid fiber reinforced pipe is up to 9-14Mpa. The burst pressure can be 40Mpa.
RTP winding reinforced composite pipe is a new type of plastic composite pipe with high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and good flexibility. Used in petroleum, water supply and other high pressure conveying environment.The inner layer is corrosion-resistant and wear resistant polyethylene pipe, the middle layer is reinforced winding layer, and the outer layer is protective polyethylene layer.
