Glass fiber reinforced PP-R (FR/PP-R for short) pipe is a high performance pipe produced at low temperature and high speed by multi-layer co-extrusion through special technology and equipment developed by Jwell.  It features of unique structure, advanced configuration, high degree of automation and easy operation. The extruder screw adopts BM high-efficiency type, high output, good plasticization, nice stability and reliability.

The production line is mainly used two extruders making two layers (adjustable in proportion) or two extruders making three layers (adjustable inside and outside walls) or three extruders making three layers (adjustable inside and outside walls) multifunctional polyethylene water supply and drainage pipe   The modern developed 2-layer, 3-layer and multi-layer spiral mould is specially for special-application pipe extrusion. This pipe with even and equal co-extrusion wall thickness, the inner and outer wall made of double-anti material (Anti-flammable, anti static electricity), the core layer made of HDPE, sharply reduce the cost of double-anti material, then reduced the cost of the whole production line

HDPE/PP/PVC double-wall corrugated pipes are widely used. The HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company is equipped with many patented technologies. HDPE/PP adopts new high efficiency single screw extruder, PVC adopts large flat double or cone double extruder, with large extrusion capacity. The forming machine adopts horizontal structure, shuttle drive, sealed water-cooled structure, vacuum forming, and can realize online double-layer flaring. Whole line is controlled by PLC computer.
